Techno Deviser is looking for a Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through online bidding platforms while building strong client relationships. You will develop strategies to expand the company’s presence on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and similar platforms, ensuring a steady flow of projects and long-term business growth. Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through online bidding platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to showcase company services.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to project initiation.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, suggesting strategies to improve results.
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to prepare custom proposals based on client requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
